Phase I (2025-2026)
South Central District
In the fourth quarter 2025, Main Street Intelligence will begin laying the groundwork with Clarity, a lens for small business vision and growth in the Tri-Cities.
The pilot will run for 30 days and serve as our initial proving ground. Following the pilot, we’ll expand access to all businesses in the area.
After a 90-day refinement and stabilization period, we’ll begin working closely with local Chambers of Commerce to coordinate a broader rollout across the remaining 74 South Central counties throughout Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina.
The Tall Oak for the South Central region is Bristol, TN.
Phase II (2026-2027)
Central and North Central Districts
By the end of 2026, our goal is to have 100 small businesses using Clarity in each county across South Central, Central, and North Central Appalachia.
During Phase II, the South Central Tall Oak will continue to grow it's regional partnerships while laying the groundwork for expansion into Southern and Northern Appalachia, while two new Tall Oaks develop local partnerships to support a smooth and community-driven rollout of Clarityto Northern Tennessee, Kentucky, Southwest Virginia, and Southwestern West Virginia.
The Tall Oak for the Central region is London, Ky.
The Tall Oak for North Central region is Parkersburg, WV.
Phase III (2028)
South and North Regions
If our plan goes smoothly, Phase III will build the partnerships that deliver Clarity to the North region (Northest Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York), while a Tall Oak in Alabama delivers Clarity to Northest Mississippi, North Alabama, North Georgia and the Northwest corner of South Carolina.
